When a user clicks on the "chat now" link or button you can have the system request which department they wish to chat with or you can start chat with a specific department.

TrioLive has a friendly, easy to understand chat interface. The public chat screen of TrioLive is a simplistic yet powerful screen. It gives your visitors access to printing/emailing transcripts, sound options, and more.
 
  Transcript Options
During or after the chat your visitor has the option of either printing or emailing the full chat transcript to any email address.
 
  Pre and Post Chat Survey Options
Ask for additional information before or after your chat. This information can then be viewed by the operator during the chat or shown in the reporting area for the operators / admins.
 
  Operator Rating
Visitors can rate operators once their chat session is complete. The reporting section of TrioLive takes this information and figures out the average user rating, average rating for department and more.
