Are there any contracts or extra fees?
Absolutely Not. You can cancel at any time and the only fee you will ever encounter is your monthly subscription fee. To get started simply sign up for a free account. You can then easily upgrade to a paid plan.
Can I change my plan?
Yes - you can change your plan at any time. Upgrade to a higher plan, downgrade to a lower plan, or cancel. As this is a monthly service (that you can cancel at any time) we do not offer refunds.
Can I pay with a purchase order?
We accept purchase order payments when paying for 12 months of service at a time. Please contact us for details. |

Can I save by paying yearly?
Yes! If you choose to pay yearly (instead of monthly) you will automatically save 15%. You can of course still upgrade your plan during the year if needed. This does not apply for the elite plan.
What is a user?
All plans are billed per user. A user is anyone who would login to the admin area to manage surveys, view responses, etc.. Survey respondents are never counted towards your user limit.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Only you will be able to view and access your data. We maintain a high level of security. |
