iSalient allows the order of your survey questions to be easily changed, without the need to delete and re-create the questions. This article details the question reordering feature:
After logging in to iSalient, go to Surveys->Manage
Click "Order" next to the survey whose question order you would like to modify.
Using your mouse, you can easily drag and drop the various questions to change their order. Once you have selected the order you would like, click the "Save" button.
