In the General Settings section under the Settings tab of your KnowledgeBuilder installation, you have the option to "Allow users to be able to ask a question via the public view section." By enabling this option, users will have a button labeled "Contact Us" (in the default template setup) available to them, which will allow them to submit their questions to you.
On the main page of your admin panel, the General Stats section provides you with information about the questions that have been asked, and provides a convenient way to know at a glance whether any new, unanswered questions have been asked. New questions can be answered by clicking the number of unanswered questions listed in this section, or by clicking the "Answer Questions" button under Common Tasks.
When a question is selected for answering, a new knowledge base article will be started for you with the question itself set as the title. You will also be given the option to send notification to the user who submitted the question.
