If you are running the Ioncube version of any ActiveCampaign product there is an ioncube folder that contains common ioncube loaders.

Loaders are server and php version specific.

If the test.php file says your server should support Ioncube - but the software does not run and gives an "ioncube required" or "loader missing" error you should do the following:

• Run test.php (download here)
• When you run test.php it will tell you what loader file is required by ioncube.
• Open the ioncube folder in your ActiveCampaign product folder.
• Check to see if your loader file is there.
• If it is not there
• Go to http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php
• Download your required loader
• Place the specific loader file required in your ioncube folder
• If it is there
• Run the ioncube-loader-helper.php file through your browser (this file is located in the ioncube folder)
• This will output the results of attempting to use ioncube on your server.

• Print
