How to transfer a serial to a different person
In order to transfer a serial to another person that person must have a support account set up. If they do not then they will need to create one. In order to transfer a serial login to our site and go to account forms. (www.activecampaign.com/account/forms.php) If the person you are transferring your serial to does not have an ActiveCampaign account you will find a link to Create ActiveCampaign Account.
When you are ready to change the account click on Account Forms and then Change owner of a serial or multiple serials. If you are not logged in already then do so now. You will then be able to select which serials you want to change over by entering the email and name of the user account you are switching the license over to.
If you are changing an email of an existing ActiveCampaign account you can do this under Account Forms and by clicking on Change Email (For an existing ActiveCampaign.com account)
You can verify using your current username and password or by the serial, email, and name used when purchasing.
