It's often necessary to perform one-time bulk maintenance procedures involving list subscribers. For example, perhaps you have a subset of subscribers you'd like to quickly remove from the system, without having to delete each one manually.
The "Batch Actions" page will help you perform a few bulk operations related to list subscribers.
Just select which lists you want to bulk-manage subscribers for, and choose the appropriate action:
Remove a select list of addresses
Remove all non-confirmed subscribers
Remove all subscribers
Keep in mind these actions will completely remove users from the system, as well as any subscribed lists. Always use caution with each of these bulk operations - there is no undo button! Once you proceed with deleting subscribers, they are gone forever.
Remove a select list of addresses
If you have specific subscribers you'd like to remove from certain lists, you can supply their email address in the box (one per line):
Clicking "Delete addresses listed in above text box" will immediately attempt to remove those subscribers from any subscribed lists, and from the system entirely.
Remove all non-confirmed subscribers
It's helpful to occasionally remove all non-confirmed subscribers from the system - those that have submitted a request to subscribe, but have not yet confirmed their subscription. You can perform this bulk-update by supplying a cutoff date in the past that tells the system when to stop removing non-confirmed subscribers.
By default, the cutoff date always shows 15 days prior. Using this as a base, this will remove all non-confirmed subscribers prior to 15 days ago.
Remove all subscribers
This one is pretty self-explanatory, in that it removes all subscribers from the selected lists, no matter what. Use caution when choosing this option.
