If read/open tracking is not working - check the message source for something like:
<IMG height=1 alt="Web Bug from http://www.somedomaing.com/12all/lt/t_go.php? i=1&e=MQ==&l=open" src="MailScannerWebBug" width=1> </BODY></HTML>
If that is anywhere in your mailing - your outgoing mail server is changing the message source before sending the mailing. This does not have to do with 1-2-All and can only be fixed by contacting your web host.
