We have some new features scheduled (mainly optimizations), but we don't have a firm release date yet for the next version of TrioLive. My guess would be sometime in early to mid September.

I have your ticket in the queue. I actually cannot replicate your errors on my own workstation; hopefully, I'll know more once I get into your system.

Yes, we need the variable replacement function for websites with conflicting java scripts. Says our operators are consistantly offline (actually all 5 of them are online).
I thought this was going to be in 1.56.0? Only autoinitiate works. See lokeykia.com or fermanmini.com

I think you're talking about the name of the "code" javascript variable. The change didn't make it into the initial 1.56.0 version, but I've made a change and reuploaded the 1.56.0 version with the new variable in place. The code variable is now named "ac_code", so you shouldn't have any other conflicts with your other javascript software.

Changed and re-uploaded all files and regenerated code..placed on site and still reports "Operators Offline" when pushed. Icon shows correct (online)

Are you sure you have all of the files updated? The lokeykia.com website still shows the variable is "code", not "ac_code". Try uploading templates/visitor1.tpl.js and templates/visitor2.tpl.js again to be safe.

Worked!!!!! did not know what files were affected since changelog did not show these changed and we edit our Templates Please update changelog or do a 1.56.1 when errors are fixed cause we cannot tell when something is fixed after a release if the version number and changelog do not change. Can't guess files.. LOL Thanks Peter!:D

I'm sorry; the changelog (http://www.activecampaign.com/support/forum/showthread.php?t=3767) actually did show those files as having changed, near the bottom of the list.

My point was is that several files were fixed after 1.56.0 's release, but nothing posted to users as we all downloaded it upon release. Then, files were fixed on the hosted TrioLive, but nothing posted to say "Please re-download or add these files" Just the same exact version number 1.56.0 re-uploaded later with fixes, and nothing else said.
I am hoping this will not happen in the future as it is hard to tell IF and WHEN adjustments to code are made for the better of the whole program. :)
maybe a 1.56.1 or so or an announcement for us "quick to download and implement people"
Just a little frustrating..that's all. The updates look wonderful by the way, and we appreciate the hard work. You guys are getting close to the top ten list of chat scripts for functionality! Keep it up!
LOL now there is 1.56.1 update...
