Chat seems to get interrupted

I'm trying out the free version of TrioLive. Installation was easy, but I'm running into a problem: A chat initiated by the user runs fine for a couple of minutes, then something happens such that neither party (operator or user) can enter any new text.

New text shows up in the transcript, but not in the chat window. There are no error messages shown at either end--the chat just seems to go dead.

Could it be a configuration problem? I'm running version 1.50.5 (just downloaded on 7/9/2007). I'm running everything on localhost for this testing. My "user" is on IE6; the operator is using Firefox 2.

Doesn't sound like a configuration problem. You might want to submit a trouble ticket via our Support Center (http://www.activecampaign.com/support/) and pass along your login information, so that we can look into it a little better.

I haven't been able to reproduce the error, so I think it was probably my mistake. Thank you for the suggestion.
