Is there a way with the current Trio Desktop to open a new ticket based on the chat? This would be a great feature.

If not with the desktop how about with the web based operator chat client? We really do not use that web based one but just curious.

There is not currently a way to open a SupportTrio ticket from within TrioLive, however you can open one by going to Tickets=>Add New from within SupportTrio.

Thanks for the reply.

Would be a good feature to add. We get a lot of customers that have to open a ticket while in chat. If we could just create a ticket using the customers email address, that would be handy.

With the current integration with support trio it would make the trio live just that much more attractive.
