url error

When i've tried to login it doesn't recognises the URL i've used the following formats.
http://subdomain.url.com/admin/
http://subdomain.url.com/
<http://subdomain.url.com/admin/>
<http://subdomain.url.com/admin/
When i've used the last format, the sofware crashed down, even if i reinstall, i still can't use it.

The URL is always the root path to TrioLive -- so, in this case, it would be http://subdomain.url.com/ rather than http://subdomain.url.com/admin/. The angle brackets should not be used in the URL. Be sure that you have an up-to-date copy of TrioLive as well, as earlier versions do not have the files necessary to allow TrioLive Desktop to log into the system.

You may need to edit your profiles.xml file if you set your software to automatically log in with that last URL, since it's crashing the application for you. Look in C:\Program Files\ActiveCampaign\TrioLive for the file. You'll find the URL in the tag "login-url", like this: "<login-url>...</login-url>".
