The ActiveCampaign Email Marketing sending engine supports ALL major email sending MTA's. You can even setup multiple SMTP server connections and have the ActiveCampaign Email Marketing sending engine rotate (based on your settings) through the connections while sending out your email campaigns. If you do not want to use your own MTA/Mail Server we also offer an SMTP service.

Certain providers will limit the number of emails you can send in a certain time frame. Or maybe you just want to send your mailing out evenly over a certain period of time. With ActiveCampaign Email Marketing you can easily specify your sending rate and throttle the sending speed to match what you require and/or desire.

You can watch your mailings be processed and sent in real time with our interactive sending engine message queue feature. Watch as messages are sent, pause the sending engine (for a specific mailing) and / or stop / restart mailings.

Quick & reliable sending speeds...

ActiveCampaign Email Marketing will quickly and efficiently queue your email at lightning speed. It is then up to your MTA (Qmail, Sendmail, SMTP, etc..) to actually send your email. Subsequently we only can control the speed in which emails are put into queue. Then your MTA will finish the sending as fast as your server allows. While the vast majority of our users are fine with default MTA/mail server sending speeds, if you are looking at increasing your servers sending speed capability you will want to look at optimizing / configuring your MTA / mail server to send mail faster.

Capable of sending in the language you require...

Our sending engine is fully capable of sending in any language with our character set and encoding settings. You can even have different lists with different language settings all in the same installation of ActiveCampaign Email Marketing. With the ActiveCampaign Email Marketing sending engine you can be assured that your text & html mailings are sent in a proper format.
