Submitting Translations

With many clients all over the world it is often asked what languages we support in our email marketing platform.

Due to the rapid pace at which we improve and add to our software it would be nearly impossible for us to produce translations for every part of it without majorly slowing down development.

To that end we’ve partnered with a service called OneSky to allow for user generated translations. This allows individual ActiveCampaign customers to submit edits to our supplied translations as well add their own.

You can contribute by going to http://translate.activecampaign.com/ and clicking the “Request to Contribute” button in the upper right.

From there just enter your email address, pick and language and hit “Send Request.”

Most requests are approved within one business day. Once you are granted access to the language you will be able to see individual text strings and submit translations for approval, as well as vote on other submitted translations.

Translations are approved daily Monday through Friday with newly approved translations pushed live into the system at 3AM Central time daily.
