Batchbook Integration

You can integrate with Batchbook in the following ways:

1. Import contacts as new subscribers.

Import contacts as new subscribers

To import your Batchbook contacts as new subscribers in ActiveCampaign, go to “Subscribers” > “Import Subscribers.”

Click the Batchbook icon from underneath the “Import from a service” section:

Next, input your Batchbook account name, and API Key:

(To find your Batchbook API Key, click on your name, then “Preferences,” then on the right side is your API Key.):

Choose the List(s) you wish to import into, then hit Next:

(Optional) If you’d like to filter the data that is imported into ActiveCampaign, you can choose a Batchbook Company, and only the employees of that company will be imported into ActiveCampaign:

Next, choose what fields in Batchbook will map to fields in ActiveCampaign. Most commonly you can map the name and email address of the contact, but you are able to map any data from Batchbook into ActiveCampaign custom fields:

Click “Import Now” to import your Batchbook contacts into ActiveCampaign.

Once complete, your new subscribers will be saved in ActiveCampaign.
