Will this work on Linux & Windows?
Yes - This product supports pretty much any server type as long as you have PHP and MySQL installed on the server.
Will this work on all server platforms?

Do you support PHP4 and PHP5?
Yes - We support PHP 4 and PHP 5. All of our products are constantly kept up to date to support the latest stable versions of PHP & MySQL
Do you support other database types?
At this time we only support MySQL databases for this product.
How difficult is the install process?
We have made the install & upgrade process extremely easy for both novice and advanced users. You will simply upload the software to your web server, change permissions on several files/folders, and run a web based installer / updater! The process will usually take under 5 minutes after the files have been uploaded.
We also offer a setup service for all products where we can install the software for you.
What is a cron job / scheduled task?
A cronjob is required for when a recurring or scheduled task must run in the background. On Windows servers you would setup a scheduled task.

What type of sending speed will I get?
Sending times depend on many factors including server resources, list size, available bandwidth, server settings, PHP/MySQL configuration
and more.
