A number of users have been experiencing increased spam issues with KB and comments.
We just released a minor update that will assist with combatting comment spam. You can turn this on in the settings page for KB.

Excellent.
However, on this issue we have seen if a user does not type in the correct code everything that has been written gets lost.
This is also true when a person enters a new ticket.
