Good morning, everyone. I’m Dave, and I’ve been working with ActiveCampaign for just about two weeks. I thought a little introduction might be nice, as many of you will have opportunity to interact with me in my capacity as the new Support Tech.

I have background in technology, literature, and psychology—I’m a bit of a generalist. I look forward to working with each of you to help ensure that your experience with ActiveCampaign products is worry-free and delicious.

In addition to addressing all of your needs via the support center and by telephone, I’ll be writing and re-writing the user-manuals that make it so much easier for you to use all the wonderful new features of our email marketing and survey software, and contributing to various marketing materials and campaigns. And, you know, it’s a great big old world; who knows what else I might end up doing?
