The holiday season means many things to many people. For some its a time for family and tradition. For others, the end of the year brings with it the promise of renewal, redemption, and rejuvenation. Its a time for looking back at the past while keeping an eye towards the future. Whatever your background or traditions we hope that this time of year holds special meaning for you too.

We just released visualEdit Beta 2! We fixed a couple of reported bugs and added a couple of interesting items as we continue to shape this piece of software to look (and act) as a true ActiveCampaign web application.

Any long time user of SupportTrio can relate to how it feels when you have a ticket with 20 or 100+ posts. Finding relevant or important posts in the history of that single ticket can be a pain. Sure we have the ticket split options, expanding options, etc… but we still thought there was a better way. That is why we implemented starred posts.
Next to each ticket post you will know see a gray star. Click on the star and it will instantly turn yellow. This helps identify the post as being important. Now whenever you go back to that ticket you will see the important posts and whenever you look at the past tickets by user or by email you will see a star by tickets that have any post starred.

We just released the beta version of visualEdit web-based web site editor. This is an exciting new release that has been designed and programmed from the ground up.

About a month ago we added Windows installers for all of our products as an option to download. Now you can either download the .zip file or you can download a .exe Windows install file. The Windows install file will install and/or upgrade your software and will take care of all permission settings making the process quite simple for you.
We have been using these internally for over a year now and they save quite a bit of time when it comes to installing and upgrading our products. The Windows installer can even be used to install/update multiple locations on different servers.

We have updated our 1-2-All message logging options with both database and filesystem logging options. These logging options will assist you (and our own support staff) when your mailings are having any issues or you want to see exactly what is going on with each mail sent.
We also fixed a browser memory issue when sending messages with 1-2-All. The issue would freeze certain browsers in the past when the mailing was initiated. This has been resolved in the latest version.
